Nudora Life Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) apply to all recurring subscription purchases made through Nudora Life LLC (“Nudora Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Subscription Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. By affirmatively selecting a subscription and completing your purchase, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Subscription-Only Purchases

All consumer purchases made through the Nudora Life website are automatically renewing subscription purchases unless we expressly state otherwise. One-time purchase options are not currently available. The available subscription plans, product quantity, recurring price, billing frequency, shipping charges, and any minimum purchase obligation will be displayed before you complete your order.

2. Subscription Plans and Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions include the quantity identified as a one-month supply and are billed and shipped approximately once each month. Three-month subscriptions include the quantity identified as a three-month supply and are billed and shipped approximately once every three months. Your specific renewal date will be shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in your customer account.

Your subscription automatically renews at the selected frequency until you cancel. At each renewal, you authorize Nudora Life and its authorized payment providers to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription price, plus applicable taxes and any shipping charges disclosed for that renewal.

3. Affirmative Authorization

Before completing your initial purchase, you must affirmatively authorize the automatically renewing subscription and recurring charges. By providing that authorization, you confirm that you have reviewed the recurring price, billing frequency, product quantity, and cancellation terms presented to you.

4. Managing, Pausing, or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, or cancel an eligible subscription before your next renewal by contacting us at nudoralife@nudora.com or (888) 202-7111. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

5. Prices, Savings, and Promotions

Subscription savings and promotional discounts apply only to eligible active subscriptions and may vary by product or promotion. Any introductory or first-order discount applies only to the initial order unless we expressly state otherwise. Ongoing subscription savings continue while the subscription remains active and eligible. Savings are based on the product’s regular price shown at the time of the offer. Offers cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may change prices, discounts, or promotional terms. If we change the recurring price of an existing subscription or make another material change, we will provide advance notice and cancellation instructions as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.

6. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments

You must maintain a valid payment method and accurate billing information. If a renewal payment is declined, we or our payment provider may retry the payment as permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules. We may pause or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be completed. You remain responsible for charges for orders that were successfully processed before cancellation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Any shipping charge will be disclosed before purchase or renewal. You are responsible for keeping your shipping address current before an order is processed. Once an order ships, you will receive available tracking information by email.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Nudora Life Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund and does not affect an order that has already been processed or shipped. Please review the Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

9. Confirmation and Subscription Notices

After enrollment, we will send an electronic confirmation containing your subscription terms, recurring price and billing frequency, cancellation policy, and instructions for managing or canceling your subscription. We may also send legally required renewal, price-change, or other subscription notices using the contact information associated with your account.

10. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised ’Last updated’ date. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide any advance notice and cancellation rights required by applicable law.
